TP-Link EAP245 AC1750 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Ceiling Mount Access Point
The TP-Link EAP245 AC1750 Wireless Dual-Band Access Point Simultaneous 450 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 1300 Mbps on 5 GHz totals 1750 Mbps Wi-Fi speeds. With the Access Point, you can extend the reach of your network without deploying ugly access points across the office. This access point has a ceiling mount design that makes it look good whether it's installed on the wall or the ceiling. Because the EAP245 is PoE-compatible, there is no need to run additional power on this device. Once installed, you may use capabilities such as EAP controller software to handle hundreds of EAPs and the Captive gateway to establish a Wi-Fi authentication mechanism for visitors.
Superior Wi-Fi Performance, Speeds, and Seamless Roaming
QCA enterprise-class chipsets, a dedicated high-power amplifier, and a professional antenna, in conjunction with the newest generation 802.11ac Wave 2 MU-MIMO technology, deliver improved 1750 Mbps Wi-Fi speeds and long-range coverage over the 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless bands. When relocating, 802.11k/802.11v seamless roaming automatically changes clients to the access point with the best signal. This allows critical applications such as VoIP and video conferencing to continue uninterrupted.
Guest Network provides secure access to guests sharing your Wi-Fi network, with a captive portal helping maintain only authorized guests to use the network. The addition of SMS and Facebook authentication simplifies the captive portal even further to simplify connectivity and boost your business.
