The Epson Printer Motherboard (also designated as the main logic board or main board) serves as the primary command center for Epson’s highly popular EcoTank three-digit and four-digit series, specifically covering the L3110, L3150, L3210, and L3250 models. This integrated circuit board is packed with surface-mount components, including a central processing unit (CPU), EEPROM firmware storage, motor driver ICs, and high-performance power transistors (such as the A2222 and C6144 pair). It acts as the operational hub that bridges software instructions from your computer or smartphone (via USB or Wi-Fi on the L3150/L3250) into physical mechanical actions. The motherboard regulates the exact timing of the paper feed stepper motors, tracks carriage positioning via the encoder strip sensor, and modulates the high-voltage waveforms required by the Piezo printhead to eject ink droplets.
