This product is for use with HP Pavilion DV4-4032NR laptops. If this is not the model of your laptop, these products may not be compatible and may damage your laptop and/or this product, voiding any warranty. Please look for the full model number of your laptop, usually located on a label on the underside of the laptop or inside the battery compartment (Do not rely on the number printed on the screen or keyboard bezel as this is usually a series number). Please Note: A laptop battery is shipped with a small storage charge and you will be required to fully charge your new battery when you receive it. It is recommended to do a 16-24 hour initial charge, followed by 3-4 full charge cycles to calibrate your new battery. Please be aware that batteries have a limited storage life and batteries stored for a period of time without being charged / discharged will damage the cells and void any guarantee.
